I have been within the beauty industry for over 20 years, with 12 of those educating, which I have loved every minute of and hopefully will continue too! NT Beauty Training is an independent training provider located in North Yorkshire and provides training courses within the Yorkshire area and Jersey Channel Islands. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver detailed and relevant training, by passing on our knowledge and experience, to those who wish to pursue a career or simply develop their existing skills and client base. Our short courses have been designed to suit all levels of capability; from total beginner, all the way up to experienced therapist.

OUR COURSES
What We Provide
Our course schedules are planned in advance but do allow some flexibility. We understand that organising time and fitting training around work and personal commitments isn’t easy, so where we can, we will endeavour to meet your individual requirements.
If you have a passion for nails and would like the opportunity to pursue a career as a Nail Technician, then we offer the perfect range of courses for you, and all suitable for beginners. The nail industry is advancing all the time and there is a real demand for qualified technicians in salons, spas, on health farms and cruise liners.
Eyelash enhancements are very high in demand these days. The desire to enhance the appearance of the eye, by altering the colour, increasing the length and adding to the fullness of the lashes, makes these courses a popular choice. We currently offer training in Classic Lash Extensions, Volume Lash Extensions and The Lash Lift.
The Beautiful Brows course teaches you a high precision treatment that can transform even the unruliest natural eyebrows into the perfect shape enhancing the eyes and balancing facial features. This is achieved using a unique seven step process first assessing the face shape, colouring and natural brows to determine the best result for your client. If you are already qualified in waxing and tinting and would like to add to your skills, why not try Brow Lamination or our Signature Brow workshop.
One to One
One to One is the opportunity to get exclusive training that meets your needs and the needs of your business or employer. If you have training requirements that need a more dedicated approach, then we can help.
In Salon
In Salon means that we bring our expertise and training to you, rather than you travelling to us. This type of training delivery has one very obvious advantage – it’s in the workplace. Skills and techniques can be developed much more quickly and effectively when they can be related to actual daily practice.
Conversion
Conversion sessions are designed to ease the transfer of skills from one brand of product to another. At NT Beauty Training are tutors are qualified in a range of different products, so any technicians wanting to trial or test the application of a alternative product, take a Conversion session with us.

At NT Beauty Training we pride ourselves on using products within our kits that we use in our own salon. All our kits have everything you need to get started in the beauty industry and complete your case studies on your clients.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Your Gateway to Learning
Prerequisites
It is a requirement that trainees have completed Manicure Training and Professional Nail System training prior to attending Gel Polish Training and proof of these qualifications will be required. Copies of these certificates/qualifications should be emailed or posted once a place on training has been booked.
Course Bookings
To book a place on a training day, we require payment in full at the time of booking.
Failure to attend a training day will result in a forfeit of your fee paid and a re-booking fee unless a minimum of five (5) working days notice is given.
Course Fees
All course costs are stated on each individual course description, which will be emailed direct to you once you have enquired about that course.
Once payment has been made, via bank transfer your agreed training dates will be confirmed in writing with your invoice.
Training Products
On the day of the training you will be issued your training kit.
Assessment
After training is completed you are required to complete 3 case studies with pictures and a treatment plan. Thereafter an accredited certificate is awarded to those who qualify. Competence is ascertained by a written assessment/case studies.
Case studies must be completed within 3 months from the date of training. We reserve the right to not issue your certificate if you fail to complete your assessment.
Models
You are only required to bring a model when attending the Assessment, and may require a patch test prior assessment.
